Paul Cuffe was a free Black and Wampanoag sailor who risked everything during the Revolution. He’s a national hero you’ve never heard of and this short film is our chance to tell his story with humor, grit, and love.
It is the first step toward a larger feature that will bring his legacy to screens everywhere.
